mRNA expression of Pparg target genes in adipose tissue of KK-Aymice fed the control diet or LC-MUFA diet for 8 weeks. Expression of the gene encoding peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (Pparg) and its target genes lipoprotein lipase (Lpl), fatty acid transport protein (Fatp), and fatty acid translocase/CD36 (Cd36) in adipose tissues was quantified by QPCR analysis.
