WD + AF rats experienced a decrease in liver Tnf-α mRNA expression (C) compared to WD and CTL rats; WD + AF rats tended to increase liver SOD2 mRNA (A) and Il-6 mRNA compared to CTL (F) rats; WD + AF rats tended to increase liver p47phox mRNA compared to WD (C) rats.
