Expression of enteric nervous system (ENS)-choline acetyltransferase (AchE) in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of rats from DIO and DR groups (n = 6). Myenteric neurons were stained with anti-ChAT antibody in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of rats. A brown color is shown the expression of ChAT in neurons.
