  1. As shown in Table 4, the percent relative difference in immunocytochemical staining in rats on a diet containing 50% NR Mg for RANKL was increased at 3 and 6 months in osteoclasts and in osteoblasts. Staining for OPG was decreased in both cell lines three of the four time points compared to control.
