The results are presented for three typical individual experiments: insulin alone (group D), insulin + 6 mM glucose (group E) and insulin + 30 mM glucose (group F). The results are expressed as the percentage of initial ATP content, 100% being the value at the onset of the experiment. Note that in the control KHB group, the 6 mM glucose group and the 30 mM glucose group, the ATP content decreased at a similar rate to the insulin group.Back to article page
