Subjects consumed a CRD supplemented by standard multivitamin consumed every-other day for 12 weeks. MUFA = monounsaturated fatty acids; PUFA = polyunsaturated fatty acids. Analysis was performed on 5-day weighed food records for baseline and 7 day weighed food records for week 12.
