  1. Basal levels of intracellular triglyceride percentages for the liver and soleus muscle are shown, and did not change with treatment in either group. Basal concentrations of total long chain species (16:0, 16:1, 18:0, 18:1 and 18:2) of DAG, fatty acyl CoA and fatty acyl carnitine also did not change with either treatment.
