Splenocytes from individual treated and non-treated mice (n = 5/group) were harvested on day 17 after immunization and challenge and cultured in triplicates in 96-well flat-bottomed plates at 37°C, 5% CO2 and stimulated in vitro in absence or presence of OVA (111 ΌM). 3H-thymidine (100 ΌCi/ml) was added to cultures 2 days later and after 18 hr proliferation was measured by a beta-scintillation counter. No differences were observed between treated and non-treated groups of mice.Back to article page
