  1. mRNA expression levels were determined by real-time quantitative PCR in livers of C57BL/6 mice after 2 weeks of voluntary wheel running exercise compared with sedentary controls. Results are normalized to the expression of the housekeeping gene cyclophilin and are expressed relative to the respective controls. Data are given as means ± SD.
