Glycogen levels were measured in liver and skeletal muscle after 8 week administrations of 0, 0.5, 1% OPE or 0.1% quercetin in HFD/STZ-induced diabetic rats. Data are expressed as means ± SE (n = 7 for each group). Comparisons were done between the control group and each individual treated group by Dunnet's multiple comparison test. *Different from control, P < 0.05, ***different from control, P < 0.005
