Stratification for TFA and PUFA: I) Adequate intake, when the intake/recommendation ratio was equal to 1; II) Insufficiently inadequate intake when the intake/recommendation ratio was < 1; and III) Excessively inadequate intake when the intake/recommendation ratio was > 1. Dietary adequacy for saturated and trans fatty acids (TrFA) was stratified into the following two categories: I) Adequate intake, when the intake/recommendation ratio was equal to 1; II) Inadequate intake when the intake/recommendation ratio was > 1.
