  4. Chow versus HF: subcutaneous/epididymal/retroperitoneal/mesenteric/muscular/organ fat mass, leptin levels.
  5. Chow versus HF/FO: subcutaneous/epididymal/retroperitoneal/mesenteric/muscular/organ fat mass, cholesterol levels, leptin levels.
  6. HF versus HF/FO: non-esterified fatty acid levels.
  7. Interaction between genotype and diet: non-esterified fatty acid levels.
