Plasma DHA (A) and plasma total homocysteine (B) concentrations and their correlation (C; r = −0.73, P = 0.001) in rats that received either a B-vitamin-poor diet for 8 weeks (poor) or a B-vitamin-poor diet for 4 weeks followed by a B-vitamin-enriched diet for 4 weeks (enriched).
