(A) Amplitudes (the differences between the peaks and troughs of the fitted cosines) and (B) acrophases (the times of the peaks in the fitted cosines) in the given gene expression were calculated from cosinor analysis, in which the fit of a 24-h cosine to all of the data was generated by least-squares linear regression.
