A-Mttp −/− mice show enhanced adipose lipogenesis and reduced hepatic lipogenesis without any effect on β-oxidation. De novo lipogenesis (a) and Fatty acid β-oxidation (b) were performed in Control Mttp fl/fl and A-Mttp −/− mice after a 15 weeks HFD treatment.
