Expression of inflammation and ER stress related genes in isolated islets from aP2-CETPTg mice. a As for the mRNA level of pro-inflammatory markers, IL-1β was higher in aP2-CETPTg mice than their control, but TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA expression did not differ between the two groups.
