The effects of dietary salts on klf-2 and −3 expression in wild type and mutant C. elegans. Equal amounts of C. elegans were harvested after treatments. The mRNA purification, cDNA synthesis, qRT-PCR, and the data analysis were performed as described in the “Methods”. The mRNA levels of klf-2 and −3 were normalized against ama-1 as the internal control.
