XN increases mitochondrial content, oxygen consumption rate, and upregulates thermogenic marker expression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. a. Various doses of xanthohumol (6.25 and 25 μM) were incubated with mature, 3T3-L1 adipocytes, followed by quantification of mitochondrial content using MitoTracker® Green FM assay.
