Micro-CT of osteotomy site in tibia revealed only minor effects of baicalein. The parameters measured in tibiae were bone volume/total volume (BV/TV, a), total BMD (b), cortical BMD (c), and callus BMD (d), as well as callus volume (e) and total volume (f).
