Expression analysis of hepatic oxidative stress marker genes in rats fed atherogenic diets. Sprague-Dawley rats were fed Con, high Met, high Cho, or high Met + high Cho diets ad libitum for 35 days, and gene expression of hepatic oxidative stress markers, Inos (a), Lox1 (b) and Nox2 (c) was measured.
