Effects of trainings and flutamide on the serum testosterone. Both resistance training and endurance training increased the serum testosterone concentration. Flutamide did not alter the level of serum testosterone in either resistance training or endurance training rats although an increase of serum testosterone was found in sedentary rats. The levels of serum testosterone in rats were detected by ELISA.
