C19MC microRNAs were upregulated in the fetal umbilical cord blood of the overweight/obese groups. qRT-PCR validated the identity of eight differentially expressed C19MC miRNAs in NGS analysis. Values are reported as mean ± SEM. The results document that the relative gene expression levels of five C19MC microRNAs that are significantly up-regulated in the overweight/obese pregnant groups (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; n = 25, respectively)
