High throughput prediction of chylomicron triglycerides in human plasma by nuclear magnetic resonance and chemometrics

Chylomicron TG content for the 153 plasma samples used for the PLS regression including all sampling time points. Ultracentrifugation results are shown for both fasted, postprandial and all samples (fasted + postprandial). The average, the standard deviation and the range of each subgroup are presented. Additionally, also the amount of total cholesterol is provided for the same samples. Accuracy of measurements is 0.01 mmol/L for the colorimetric methods.
