The neoplastic cells are large, oval- or irregular-shaped, and their cytoplasm is abundant. The nuclei are enlarged, binucleated and pleomorphic nuclei with granular chromatin. Sometimes large basophilic hyperchromatic nuclei are also noticed. The cytoplasm is loose and irregularly extensive vacuolated with masses of acidophilic materials, although this was not invariable.
