From: PA and OA induce abnormal glucose metabolism by inhibiting KLF15 in adipocytes
Mouse models of obesity was constructed and related genes expression were detected. Body weight A of ND and HFD mice was detected weekly. In the ninth week, Lee’s index (B) and visceral adipose tissue weight C were detected. Moreover, the levels of FBG (D), TG (E), TC (F), HDL-C (G), and LDL-C (H) were measured. In addition, the mRNA expression levels of related genes (I–M) and protein expression levels of related genes of visceral tissue (N, P) were tested. Western Blot gray scale (O, Q) were quantified.
