Synergistic action between riboflavin deficiency and PA load in increasing lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells. The experimental cells were cultured in media containing various concentrations of riboflavin (0, 3, 12, 24 nM) in the presence or absence of PA (10 μM) for 96 h.
