  2. *Mineral mix: Iron 50 mg; zinc 60 mg; copper 10 mg; iodine 2 mg; manganese 60 mg; selenium 0.05 mg; cobalt 1.50 mg.
  3. Vitamin Mixture provided the following amounts (per kg of diet): Vitamin A 12,000 UI; vitamin E 30 mg; vitamin K 3 mg; B vitamins 18 mg, niacin 60 mg; pantothenic acid 20 mg; folic acid 1 mg; biotin 0.05 mg, choline 600 mg.
  4. Diets were isoenergetic (15 MJ/kg of diet) and given in pellet form.
