Fasting treatment attenuates the hypersensitivity reaction in TDI-sensitized nasal allergy model rat. Nasal rubbing (A), nasal sneezing (B), nasal secretion (C) and serum IgE concentration (D). Nasal rubbing and sneezing were measured for 20 minutes immediately after provocation. Sensitized rats without applied TDI solution served as the control group. Non-sensitized rats served as the normal group.
