The percentages of Ly6C + cells in BM (A), F4/80+ (B) and F4/80 + Ly6C + cells (C) in the PBMCs were determined by flow cytometry in cells isolated from mice fed on a low protein (MN, n =4) or normal (control, n =4) diet for 16 days.
