  1. As shown in Table 2, the percent relative difference in immunocytochemical staining in rats on a diet containing 25% NR Mg for RANKL in osteoclasts was increased at 2 and 6 months and decreased in osteoblasts. Staining for OPG was markedly decreased in both cell lines at all time points compared to control.
