Cholesterol ester: triacylglycerol ratio in fish-oil (A) and MIX-diet (B) fed hamsters. Hamsters were fed fish oil (FO) or MIX diet at a low fat (5% w/w) or a high fat (20% w/w) level in the absence (pink) or presence (blue) of 0.25% w/w cholesterol.
