Relationships are adjusted for age, kcal intake, % kcal from fat, total body fat, and test type. The relationships among European Americans was not statistically significant (standardized β = 0.03, P = 0.74 and standardized β = 0.02, P = 0.85 for SI and HOMA-IR, respectively).
