Screening of FXR-stimulating bacteria. After cells were cultured in white 96-well plates with density of 5 × 104/well for 24 h, bacterial suspensions or culture supernatants were introduced for 24 h incubation before measurement of chemiluminescense by administration of luciferase assay reagent.
