1,25(OH)2D3 differentially regulates the mRNA expression of adipogenic marker genes during adipogenesis. mRNA expression of PPARγ (a), C/EBPα (b) and C/EBPβ (c) in 1,25(OH)2D3 (10−8 M or 10−10 M) groups during adipogenic differentiation. The relative qPCR values were corrected to GAPDH expression levels and normalized with respect to controls on each time. The mRNA levels are expressed as the fold increase relative to the control, and values given are the mean ± SD with 95% CIs for three independent plates. *P < 0.05 (10−8 M 1,25(OH)2D3), **P < 0.05 (10−10 M 1,25(OH)2D3) vs. control
