  2. Known diabetes: a history of physician-diagnosed diabetes or under treatment with oral antidiabetic agents or insulin
  3. Hypertension: SBP ≥ 140 mmHg, DBP ≥ 90 mmHg, history of physician-diagnosed hypertension, or under treatment for hypertension
  4. Dyslipidaemia: total cholesterol ≥ 230 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol < 40 mg/dL, triglycerides ≥ 200 mg/dL, history of physician-diagnosed dyslipidaemia, or under treatment for dyslipidaemia
  5. Liver diseases: history of physician-diagnosed hepatitis or liver cirrhosis
  6. Anaemia: haemoglobin < 13 g/dL for men and haemoglobin < 12 g/dL for women
  7. Regular exercise: exercise at least once a week
  8. Higher education: university graduation or above
